Walnut Grove Addition...is now complete on the outside. Interior work is expected to be finished in time for students to use class rooms during the second semester.

This attractive tower would be right at home in any town hall in New England. It rests atop one of the Council Bluffs public schools. Residents of the northwest part of town should have no trouble identifying it.
