Description
Three Levels Of Traffic . . . will use these two bridges and the east-west Interstate 80 route east of the intersection of the Interstate and Highway 64 north of Neola. Top bridge will channel traffic from the westbound Interstate 80 route south over the diagonal to Council Bluffs. The smaller lower bridge will serve to put northbound travelers from Council bluffs onto I-80 westbound. Motorists traveling on I-80N (from Loveland to this interchange) will make a right turn beyond these bridges. Eastbound motorists traveling I-80 diagonal from Council Bluffs will make a right curve off the same two lanes of super road used by the westbound travelers.
