Condominium -- A New Concept To Battle Housing Shortage - 20 Units Planned Here

Condominium Development . . . planned at Pierce Street and Franklin Avenue has 20 townhouse units, each individually owned. The 20 owners will be members of a corporation and will govern commonly-owned property such as sidewalks, parking lots and landscaping. Construction on the $500,000 project is expected to begin in about 60 days. Architect for the project is R. Bruce Widstrom and Associates of Omaha. Car in lower right corner is on Pierce Street. Entrance to courtyard at center left is off Union Street.
