The Master Plan . . . of the redevelopment of Lake Manawa is shown here in a diagram prepared by Crose-Gardner Associates of Des Moines. The plan, which includes renovation of camping and fishing areas, reforestation of shorelines, new park buildings, an open-air theatre and bike paths, was unveiled to the public Tuesday night by Iowa Conservation Commission planners at the Bluffs City Council chambers.
