Little Sioux Village . . . will be a re-creation of the old west, complete with old west costumes, hitching rails, a stagecoach and 25-cent haircuts. Bill Dailey, project developer, and Ted Morse, designer, hope construction can begin by the first of the year to be open for the tourist trade next summer.
