Hills Are Leveled . . . by workmen and equipment of the S.E. Gustafson Construction Co. of Sioux Falls, S.D. The huge dirt movers will move over 2 million cubic yards of earth from the hills in construction of the two-and one-half-mile strip of Interstate 80.
