Today...the site at 106 E. Broadway is occupied by the F.J. Krumenacher Grocery store. The old frame building has been replaced with a brick structure. The street has been paced [sic] and the automobile has replaced the horse. The building at the left has been remodeled during the years. However, the gingerbread trim has been retained. The building is now occupied by an automatic laundry service.
