Council Bluffs Changing Scene: Some 80 years ago this picture was snapped of the Robert Budatz Meat Market on East Broadway. the man at left was called "Cyclone." Budatz, the owner, is at the far right. Note how the meat was displayed outside. next door was the S.W. Besley Hardware and Cutlery store. his photo, dated 1876, belongs to Bob Budatz of 103 Park Ave., son of the market owner.
