Danger Lurks . . . in the air over Council Bluffs in the form of both large and small aircraft landing at nearby Eppley Airfield, say some city officials. They are concerned with the possibility of a mid-air collision over the city, similar to the crash in San Diego, Calif., killing more than 150 people.
