Mercy Unveils $15 million plan

Looking over construction site ... at northeast corner of Mercy Hospital proper are John Tenolone, chief operating officer, and Bruce E. Hopkins, Mercy administrator. The proposed project will involve a two-story addition, plus basement, adjoining the 12-year-old hospital facility. Construction is expected to get under way by September.
