Taking A Call... is Jeff Jones, 911 Communication Center operator. The Communication Center, location within the Law Enforcement wing of the Pottawattamie County Courthouse, is directed by the Pottawattamie County Public Safety Commission. Contracts between the city and the county regarding the Communication Center have been discussed over the past several months.
