Description
Dan Woelhof, chief building official for the city of Council Bluffs, will issue a citation today to Lyle Kline, owner of Lyle's Discount Tires for violation of the city's urban-renewal design review requirements. Despite a May 22 Development Commission ruling denying Kline's application to display 'Suzibelle' for a sale promotion, Kline erected the 17 foot statue at his store at 113 W. Broadway Wednesday.
