Description

Lyle Kline, owner of Lyle's Discount Tires, 201 W. Broadway, will go to court here Friday to defend the honor of "Suzibelle," the 20-foot-tall woman used to mark the location of his store. Kline was cited for violation of the city's sign ordinance because wheels on Suzibelle's base make the statue a non-permanent installation, according to city officials.
