Description

Ward Bean, president of the Bluffs Arts Council, presents an artists' rendition of grounds of the Ruth Anne Dodge Memorial to Jane Peters, the council's project director for restoration of the 67-year-old bronze sculpture by Daniel Chester French, during ceremonies Thursday marking the completion of restoration. The project, which cost $55,000 included restoring The Angel, a fountain and basin for the statue, and landscaping, walkways, lighting and a wrought iron fence around the site.
