Climbing Aboard...the once magnificent engine 814 in Dodge Park is City Arborist David Smith. Two engines, a caboose and a club car were to have served as the nucleus of a planned transportation museum. The plans fell through and vandals have made a shanbles of the old railroad vehicles.
