Manning School District Voters . . . will go to the polls Wednesday to vote on a $985,000 bond issue to build a new addition to the elementary-junior high school. In September state engineers declared about half of the present school "structurally unsafe." The school was closed for three days while temporary classrooms were found. Now high school students attend classes in four different locations.
