November ended with temperatures that could almost make this sailboat ramp at the Lakeshore Country Club usable. The weatherman reported a record high of 62 on Nov. 29, after monthly temperatures averaging 38.2. The average is .7 below normal for November. Precipitation was also down from a normal November, by .3 of an inch, with the monthly total 1.23 inches and only a trace of snow. The month's high was 69 on Nov. 6, and the low was 9 on Nov. 23. Now on the first of December, the thermometer is dropping again after three near-balmy days,
