Members and officers of the Council Bluffs Business Association represent all walks of life in the community. Ronald R. Mahoney (foreground), owner of Mahoney Construction, is president and his wife, Suzanne, is secretary. Linda Meyer, who, with her husband, Jim, operates Meyer Funeral Home, is vice president. D. Dwaine Penner of the council Bluffs Savings Bank's real-estate loan department is CBBA treasurer-elect. The garden area at the intersection of 16th Avenue and South Main Street was a CBBA project.
