Council Bluffs Jaycees G. William Smits, Gene Ratliff, Mark Hunter and Howard Reelfs will be calling on various areas of the city offering to paint house numbers on curbs or steps for a small fee. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Red Cross to help in their drive for funds for the Rapid City flood victims. They will begin the project June 25.
