Council Bluffs Changing Scene: From an old postal card dated 1908 comes this fine picture of the "Lincoln Highway between Council Bluffs and Omaha." The picture is the approach to Ak-Sar-Ben Bridge, paved with granite stones. The card came from Donald Jones, 2422 Avenue F.
