Okoboji Lakes, July 1 - Miss Iowa Crowned - Judy Hall, right, part-time model from Council Bluffs, is being crowned Miss Iowa of 1957 by Carol Morris, of Ottumwa, last year's winner who captured the Miss Universe title. The crowning was part of the coronation ball held here last night. Miss Hall will represent Iowa in the Miss United States contest at Long Beach, CA, a preliminary event to the Miss Universe judging July 11 to 21. (APWirephoto)
