Description
Water stretching Bluff-To-Bluff is no idle phrase. This lonely road a half-mile south of Highway 275 ends in flood water, has only one vehicle - an army engineer truck- at its end. Lt. Gen. Lewis A. Pick calls it the greatest flood ever seen by the white man on the Missouri.
