Council Bluffs, Iowa -- The problem of shelter and feeding evacuees in flood embattled Council Bluffs rests on the shoulders of these four men, three of whom are volunteers of the Pottawattamie County Chapter of the Red Cross. Left to right are Forrest Bronson, Leon Morse, William Knox and Ed Cramm. Bronson, Morse and Knox are Council Bluffs real estate men, well conversant with available housing in the city.
