Description

A contract for construction of the new Community Baptist Church on Renner Drive in Twin City Plaza was signed at the building site Thursday evening. The $37,290 Building will be constructed by the Jack L. Peters Construction Co. of Council Bluffs. The completion date is about Sept. 1. Discussing the contract are: Ben A. Votova, architect, of Omaha; Mrs. George D. Ballard, Robert Rumfo and William Russell, all members of the Baptist Church. The 2.87 acres of land for the church was donated by Twin City Plaza Estates.
