Description
The Patio Office of the Council Bluffs Savings Bank, Twenty-seventh Street and West Broadway, was the scene Wednesday of the second bank robbery in less than six weeks. Police arrived on the scene moments after a well-dressed man took $4,000 from a bank manager.
