(top) Remodeled and Expanded . . . The Nonpareil building will look like this architect's sketch. This is the Pearl Street side, showing a new entrance where a private street now serves the newspaper. The addition, to the right, will house mechanical and distribution departments. The front, 140 feet, will be of multi-colored aggregate panels.

(bottom) Present View . . . on Pearl Street shows present Nonpareil building at left, and the two structures to be demolished to make way for the expansion.
