This scale model of downtown redevelopment shows the sites for the proposed hotel and convention center, on Kanesville between Scott and Main Street (at top center); a proposed office complex on Broadway between Scott and Main Streets (in front of the hotel) and a proposed second office building, at the northeast corner of Sixth Street and Broadway (at right). The hotel-convention center with a parking garage would occupy 75,000 square feet and have 150 rooms. The cost of the hotel-convention center is estimated by $10 million.
