Description
The George Washington Bridge, connecting New Jersey with New York City across the Hudson River, displays new addition - a huge U.S. flag - suspended from its girders. Photo was taken Sunday night from the New Jersey end shortly a after twilight, when bridge lights were turned on. The flag, 60 by 90 feet, will be flown on weekends throughout the duration of the New York World's Fair. Bridge will be lighted every night of the fair. -AP Wirephoto
