Description
Hospitals and charities in Council Bluffs will vie for more than $150,000 in interest by the city's $1 million Dodge trust in 1989. City Attorney Dick Wade will advise five commissioners named two years ago to oversee distribution of interest earned by the trust. Documents from litigation involving the trust, tied up in courts since 1984 fill the folders held by Wade.
