Description

(1) The Townhouse Styling . . . of Midtowne Place depicts the front entrances of units facing Pierce Street. Each unit has its own gas lamp post. The 20-unit complex covers a square block.
Midlands Corporation is the developer.

(2) The Condominium Living Room . . . of the number one unit of Midtowne Place, at Franklin Avenue and Pierce Street, was furnished and decorated by Mrs. Karen Turner of Bentley, shown checking details in preparation for an open house scheduled for early March.

(3) The Dining-Kitchen Area . . . is decorated with a basic gold scheme in mind. Large glass sliding doors at the far end of the dining room lead to a concrete patio and planting area, fenced for privacy for the future residents. The kitchen is at left.

(4) Bright And Colorful . . . bedrooms in Midtowne Place are roomy and comfortable with large sliding windows that afford a view across the city. Aqua, gold, black and olive for the color pattern of the matching spreads and draw curtains.
