Tuck driver, John Korth of Norfolk, Neb., was ticked for violating a permit which allows him to haul loads up to 14 feet high. Iowa State Troop D. J. Theobald, pictured taking measurements atop the combine, said the load "was at least 14 (feet), seven (inches)." Korth, who is employed by K&F International Inc. in Norfolk, said he was enroute to Avoca to pick up a corn head for the combine and then was to deliver the equipment to a farmer.
