The steer was slaughtered for Council Bluffs Savings Bank represented by Ed Spetman Jr., president of the bank. Since Dec. 26, six cattle have been test run through the plant which plans full-scale operation about the third week in January. ]]></dcterms:description>

Some were considered  dangerous.  After two minor damage claims were filed against the city by people who had bumped into the trees while parking their cars, the Park Board took steps to eliminate them.<br />
