    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Judging of non-livestock 4-H projects began on the first day of Westfair Wednesday morning.  Teena Kern, project assistant, directs entrants to judges&#039; tables for evaluation of home economics, science, mechanical and arts entries.  Crowning of the 1988 Westfair queen will take place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Westfair tent, followed by a performance by the Time Out Variety Band at 7 and a four-wheel-drive pickup pull at the grandstand at 7:30. Midway rides will operate from 7 to 10 p.m. Thursday fair events will open with 4-H dairy judging at 8 a.m., goat judging at 9 and sheep judging at 10 at the AkSarBen pavilion.
