Windows Galore . . . in the Donald McQuin home would pose problems for a housekeeper, especially at house-cleaning and curtain-washing time. More than 30 gallons of paint have been applied to the home, which was constructed nearly 70 years ago and pieced together with screws rather than nails. Mrs. McQuin sits on the railing of the front porch prior to brushing a final coat of paint on the porch. <br />

Railings On The Stairway . . . leading to three bedrooms on the second floor of the Donald McQuin home near Underwood were hand-polished before being shipped to the house when it was constructed in 1903.
