At the top center, is the Bernard Petrus home in the angle formed by Bonham and Gleason Avenues.  Cogleywood is at upper left. The present school layout represents one phase of the eventual plan.  Facilities may be expanded this year--depending on the outcome of a bond issue election May 17--and eventually turned into a senior high school.]]></dcterms:description>

Mahoney (foreground), owner of Mahoney Construction, is president and his wife, Suzanne, is secretary.  Linda Meyer, who, with her husband, Jim, operates Meyer Funeral Home, is vice president.  D. Dwaine Penner of the council Bluffs Savings Bank&#039;s real-estate loan department is CBBA treasurer-elect.  The garden area at the intersection of 16th Avenue and South Main Street was a CBBA project.  Members of the organization have been involved in several Council Bluffs improvement projects.
