The plan would reduce from 30 to 4 the number of access points along the stretch of highway. It would also provide left-turn storage lanes for the access points and a raised center median. The median would be 16 feet wide at the storage points and four feet wide elsewhere. A high number of accidents is the reason for the proposed changes, scheduled for public reading at Lewis Central High School, 7:30 p.m., Feb. 24.]]></dcterms:description>

Participating in the ceremony are LeRoy Hilt, president, Robert Hilt, vice president, Ronald Kiger, president of the Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Walt Hathaway and Thomas Hilt, traffic manager. Building and grounds will be readied in 3 1/2 months by Stueffer Bros. Construction Co. of Lincoln, Neb. Five other freight lines will have offices in the firm&#039;s building. The Hilt firm will eventually employ 100 people with an annual payroll of about $1 million.]]></dcterms:description>
