The Army Engineers, who are building the base, said Tuesday that construction is more than 70 percent completed. The finish is seen for mid-summer. The buildings that house the power and control centers are virtually finished, and at the present time ground testing of the power loading fueling system at all three launchers is being conducted. ]]></dcterms:description>

    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Putting New Skin...on the old Chicago, Burlington and Quincy locomotive 915 are Paul Long, 1234 Westside Drige [sic], and Lowell Stuvick, 715 Fifteenth Ave. The men, employees of Nelson Heating and Air Conditioning, are replacing rusted sections of steel plate on the boiler section of the engine.  Before putting the 16-guage black iron sheet metal on, they&#039;ve had to tear off an old two-inch layer of asbestos insulation.  Once the boiler section is finished, they&#039;ll move back toward the cab to do the fire box, shown here with the insulation torn off.  The same thing was done to the Union Pacific locomotive displayed at the exhibit last year. Efforts are being made to keep the engine looking as original as possible.]]></dcterms:description>
