Highways 92 and 275 have been detoured until the work is complete. Job Supt. George Grower of Ely Construction said work is progressing well, and they may be able to open the bridge to traffic yet this year, depending on weather and other variables. The plan would reduce from 30 to 4 the number of access points along the stretch of highway. It would also provide left-turn storage lanes for the access points and a raised center median. The median would be 16 feet wide at the storage points and four feet wide elsewhere. A high number of accidents is the reason for the proposed changes, scheduled for public reading at Lewis Central High School, 7:30 p.m., Feb. 24.]]></dcterms:description>
