The patio was planned free for the hospitals by Ted Wilding, son of Mr. and Mrs. Howard Wilding of Missouri Valley. All furnishings and equipment were donated by the hospital auxiliary and friends of the hospital. The area is enclosed on two sides by means of a walnut stained fence. One a clear day, patio occupants can see Council Bluffs and Omaha, 18 miles to the southwest.]]></dcterms:description>
