Council Bluffs Fireman's Membership Certificate. I hereby certify that J. W. Peregoy is an active member of Bluff City Steam Fire Engine Co No. 1 in the Fire Department of Council Bluffs, and entitled to all the privileges and immunities, and subject to all the duties and responsibilities of a Fireman of Said City, until the 1st day of January next, unless this Certificate shall be sooner revoked. In witness where of the Mayor and Recorder of said City have hereto subscribed their names and affixed the Seal of said City, this 13th day of May A. D. 1873. N. D. Lawrence, Mayor. F. A.
