    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Through cooperation of the Independent Insurance Agents of Council Bluffs and the New Car Dealers of Council Bluffs, Meals On Wheels Inc. has been presented a van truck to aid in distributing the hot meals. Mrs. Sue Feight, executive director of the program, said the truck will replace three vehicles now in use. At the presentation are Alvin Pawloski, representing the insurance agents, and Clair Caskey, president of the new car dealers, and Mrs. Feight. ]]></dcterms:description>
