    <dcterms:description><![CDATA[Growing Interchange . . . of Interstate 480 has changed the topography of Council Bluffs near the Missouri River. The earthen hills in the center will support lanes of traffic above ground level; to their left are piers for four overpasses. Other dirt construction is for the approach to the new bridge (note piers just right of Ak-Sar-Ben span) across the river. The dark block-like object on the approach is the Forty-first Street Bridge. To the left of the Broadway bypass (note vehicles) is Dodge Park golf course. New Broadway will be routed under the overpasses and will feed over Forty-first Street to the new bridge. Thirty-seventh Street, lower center, marks eastern boundary of the project.]]></dcterms:description>
