Looking west from Franklin Avenue, just north of Bennett Avenue, a person saw acres of rolling hills, an apple orchard, woodland and plowed fields.  There were few houses, upper left, in the area.  Then came the need for more building sites and people with imagination.]]></dcterms:description>
