   Architect Don Mullins of Wilscom and Mullins, said the building supplies will arrive at the site within a few weeks.  With normal conditions, Bethany should be ready for occupancy in early 1975.  Anderson Construction is the building contractor, Melford U. Fickenscher, a native of Brady, Neb., has been employed to serve as administrator of the health care facility.]]></dcterms:description>
