With 55 acres previously under foundation control, the total of 787 acres has some 1.5 miles of river frontage and will be one of few industrial areas in the Midwest to be immediately served by rail, water and highway transportation. Council Bluffs owns the sanitary plant shown on the map. ]]></dcterms:description>
