Postmaster Russell Bamsey (left) presents an &#039;expert driver&#039; award from the Council to Rural Carrier William F. Madsen for 20 years&#039; driving without an accident. Also cited for their driving records are (from left) Mrs. Lorraine Lykke, James Friedrichsen, both parcel post drivers, and Rural Carrier Leonard Rasmussen. Rasmussen has driven his mail route 10 years without an accident.
