Today, with the building removed and thousands of yards of earth distributed to various parts of the city, the land is now down to Frank Street grade. It&#039;s all part of the plan for the new $7.5 million Mercy Hospital to be erected to the east of the hospital wing of Mercy Northeast in background.]]></dcterms:description>
