Fort Randall now has a 50-foot wall of water behind its dam, and a year from now will have boosted it to 100 feet. Maintenance shops and other temporary buildings needed in connection with building this &quot;main-stem&quot; river control and power plant are shown on the far bank.]]></dcterms:description>
