Mayor Don Franksen, left, and Chamber of Commerce President Peter J. Peters, right, watch Jack Silk, Clarence Huntley, H&amp;K president, Don Anderson and Lee Schaefer turn the first piece of sod. Silk, Anderson and Schaefer are partners in an investment operation which, with the other H&amp;K stockholders, will form MSI. Construction, by Wieman and Slechta Co.
