He was selected to escort &quot;Miss Iowa&quot;, lovely Judith Ann Hall of Council Bluffs, Iowa to the gala event. Cadet Kelsoe is one of the members of the NavCad Choir, which appeared on stage during the final night of the Miss Universe judging. The city is using the $33,000 machine on a week&#039;s trial basis. It is operated from the right side by the operator standing on the running board. <br />
When the operator reaches a pile of refuse, he hits the air brake, steps down and pitches the trash into the compactor, then climbs aboard and goes to the next stop. ]]></dcterms:description>
