Kelsoe of 1524 Cripple Creek Dr., Citrus Heights, California.
He was selected to escort "Miss Iowa", lovely Judith Ann Hall of Council Bluffs, Iowa to the gala event. Cadet Kelsoe is one of the members of the NavCad Choir, which appeared on stage during the final night of the Miss Universe judging. The choir is stationed at Pensacola Naval Air Station, Florida, where each of its members is studying to become a Naval Aviator.
